Using SightSing

You can use SightSing personally — practice as much as you want, track your progress, share your scores. You may not resell access, automate the app to game scores, or attempt to reverse-engineer the pitch detection or grading systems.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. If someone else accesses your account and racks up charges, we'll work with you to sort it out, but the account-holder is ultimately responsible for activity.

Billing

Subscriptions auto-renew at the cadence you chose (monthly or annual). You can cancel anytime from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Gift purchases are one-time and don't auto-renew.

7-day money-back guarantee: if you cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge, email billing@sightsing.app and we'll refund it, no questions asked.

Grading accuracy

SightSing uses microphone-based pitch detection. Detection accuracy depends on your device, microphone quality, ambient noise, and singing volume. We make our best effort, but no app can grade as reliably as a human coach. Treat scores as feedback, not infallible truth.

Service changes

We may add features, change pricing, or retire features over time. Material changes to your existing subscription terms (price increases, removal of features you rely on) will be communicated by email with at least 30 days notice.

Liability

SightSing is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect damages (lost auditions, missed opportunities, etc.) arising from app downtime, grading errors, or missed reminders. Maximum liability is capped at amounts paid in the last 12 months.
